Mr. Sunil Jaiswal (born 1963, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh) is a seasoned Indian entrepreneur, investor, and board-level business leader with over four decades of diversified business leadership. Coming from a respected Hindu business family, he developed an early foundation in commerce, discipline, and enterprise, which shaped his long-term approach to ethical and sustainable business building.
He completed his schooling at premier institutions in Allahabad and went on to pursue higher education in Commerce at Allahabad University, earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. His academic grounding in finance and commerce laid the structural base for his strategic and governance-oriented approach to business leadership.
Over the years, Mr. Jaiswal has built and guided multiple enterprises across Luxury Jewellery, Retail Marketing, Educational Training, HVAC, Distribution Networks, and Passenger Transport. His leadership style is defined by long-term vision, strong governance practices, financial discipline, and principled decision-making. Rather than pursuing short-term gains, he is known for building enterprises with durable foundations, scalable operating models, and trusted brand positioning.
He brings a boardroom mindset that combines enterprise strategy with operational clarity helping organizations expand into new markets, strengthen brand value, improve capital efficiency, and build resilient leadership structures. As a founder and promoter, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to identify market opportunities, create structured growth paths, and mentor leadership teams for continuity and succession.
Beyond business, Mr. Jaiswal has maintained a sustained commitment to community and social responsibility. He has served as President of the Rotary Club of Allahabad North and as Worshipful Master of Masonic Lodge No. 295, and continues to support charitable and social upliftment initiatives.
His career reflects a blend of entrepreneurial drive, governance maturity, and ethical business stewardship qualities that continue to guide his role in leadership and advisory capacities.

The vision behind Grace Aviation was not conceived in a boardroom, it was shaped through decades of disciplined service, leadership, and responsibility.
Col. Ashwani Gupta began his professional journey in 1989 when he was commissioned into the Indian Army. Over more than three decades of distinguished service, he led soldiers in demanding operational environments across India and on international assignments. He commanded units, mentored young officers, and took critical decisions in high-risk situations where precision, judgment, and accountability were non-negotiable.
These years of service shaped his leadership philosophy, that true leadership is grounded in accountability, safety, and care for people. His approach emphasizes that systems and technology, however advanced, must ultimately serve human purpose. Grace Aviation represents the continuation of these values into the civil aviation domain.
Following his transition from military service, Col. Gupta set out to build an aviation organisation rooted in integrity, discipline, and service while meeting the highest global standards of safety and professionalism, firmly aligned with Indian ethos and values. He maintains that aviation allows no margin for complacency. While flight inspires confidence and possibility, it demands rigorous preparation, disciplined execution, strict process adherence, and continuous training. Under his leadership philosophy, safety is not treated as a procedural requirement, but as a foundational operating principle.
